I will never know everything about coffee.
But every cup has something to teach me.
So I'll slow down.
I'll pay attention.
And I'll leave each morning knowing a little more than I did yesterday
A Cofficionado is not someone who knows everything about coffee.
A Cofficionado is someone who never stops learning.
I will slow down.
I will sip with intention.
I will stay curious.
I will judge each coffee with honesty.
I will let every cup teach me something.
I will respect the people who grow, roast and prepare coffee.
I will keep an open mind, because every origin, roast and brew has a story.
I will remember that stronger does not always mean better.
I will trust my own palate while remaining willing to learn from others.
I will leave every morning knowing a little more than I did yesterday.
